Practical information about what data is collected, why it is collected, how payment processing works, and how purchase records are retained.
Guide
What data is collected
Doktorinn collects the minimum information needed to process payment, deliver digital products, protect purchased files, support recovery, and keep business records. This may include name, email, Stripe payment references, order details, and the 10-digit ID number entered at checkout.
Guide
Why it is collected
Buyer details are used for order verification, protected-file delivery, watermarking, receipts, support, fraud prevention, and accounting. They are not used for advertising.
Guide
Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Card information is handled by Stripe, not stored directly by this storefront.
Guide
ID number use
The 10-digit ID number is used for purchase recovery and to link a protected copy to the buyer. It is hashed or masked in storage and is not used as the PDF password.
Guide
Retention
Doktorinn Academy records first-party website activity to understand visits, popular pages, referrers, and broad country information where the hosting provider supplies it. Full IP addresses are not stored for analytics; a privacy-safe visitor hash is used for aggregate reporting.
Guide
Website activity
Order records are retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and access recovery only as long as reasonably required for those purposes or by law. Buyers may contact support to request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where legally possible.
Guide
Processors and contact
Stripe processes payment data. Hosting, email, and storage providers may process technical data needed to operate the service. Privacy requests can be sent to support@doktorinn.academy.
